These terms govern your use of FOOL the AI ("the App"), operated by Acasa Labs (India). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit, reverse-engineer, or abuse the game or its servers;
• Submit unlawful, hateful, or grossly offensive content as answers;
• Use automated means to access the service or interfere with other users.

The AI verdict

The App's "FOOLED" / "CAUGHT" verdicts are generated by an AI for entertainment. They are subjective, may be imperfect, and are final within the game. They are not statements of fact about you or your answer.

Purchases and subscriptions

The App offers optional purchases, including the Season Pass subscription. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google through your store account. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Except where required by law or the store's policies, purchases are non-refundable.

Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acasa Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
